Confer with team members regarding defect status, test case reviews, and approvals. Schedule and facilitate meetings with Business System Analyst, Developers and Project Manager to gather the requirements, build ETA’s and Deliverable and create test cases accordingly. Monitor and attend roadmap meetings to discuss and plan for stories in the pipeline and mitigate any issues for successful story completion. Develop and modify test data in the IPHost Mainframe to be used for testing in the various test environments. Coordinate and provide support for multiple teams during end to end Integration testing of Online Banking functionalities. Lead the team successfully in an agile environment to create and execute test cases, open and track defects and link them to test cases. He will coordinate multiple teams for systems requirement or functional related issues posted by the Project Manager (PM). Develop and review project proposal/plan to determine and establish time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedure for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Assign and monitor the work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and software engineers. Follow standard project management lifecycle and IT industry practices regarding business and technical objectives, solution design, development and as well as scope, quality, risk, change communication, stakeholder and vendor management. Responsible for the development of all project management deliverable according to all areas of Online banking functionality. Provide guidance and support to in-progress Projects in the areas of project planning / project tracking, status reporting, issue management, risk mitigation and role definitions.
